Paralegal
NOTE: The Paralegal and Legal Administrative Assistant degrees at Alexandria College are being discontinued, and will not be starting new students after the 2022-2023 academic year.
Serve as an integral part of a legal team, under the direct supervision of an attorney, with knowledge in substantive law, legal procedures, and government. This program covers curriculum in civil litigation, criminal procedures, family law, business organizations, real estate, estates and probate, bankruptcy, and intellectual property. Extensive training is provided in the preparation and handling of legal correspondence and documents, research, writing, ethics, trial preparation, investigation, and the interpersonal skills vital to success in the business world.
