Ask ATCC is available 24/7 and is accessible on all the college's web pages in the upper right corner. Just look for the "Ask" button. This online resource is full of information from across the college. If you don't find what you're looking for, please "ask a question." Your questions go directly to ATCC staff who are trained in helping you find what you need.
The ATCC Information Center is open Monday – Friday in room 113. Stop in or call with your questions or concerns. The Information Center staff accesses Ask ATCC to find information, so you may save yourself some time by checking it out first.

Data Privacy - FERPA
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 is a federal law that protects the privacy of a student's educational record including: progress in a course, grades, tuition, financial aid, etc. MnSCU Board policy establishes ATCC's use of student data. Parents may not have access this information unless the student has provided written authorization that specifically identifies what information may be released and to who. The form is located in Ask ATCC.
Email is the college's official communication method. Please check your student email regularly, as you are responsible for knowing information that is sent to your student account from the college.
