3.6 State Residency Requirements

Students shall be eligible to pay in-state tuition if they meet the criteria of Minnesota Statute 135A031, Subd. 2. Alexandria Technical College has adopted and follows the MnSCU Board Policy, 2.2 State Residency Requirements, in its entirety.
