3.28.2 Law Enforcement Student Record Retention

It is the policy of the Law Enforcement Program at Alexandria Technical & Community College to retain the student records of any student enrolled in this program for a period of seven years after the date that the student has graduated, withdrew or has been terminated from the Law Enforcement Program. Law Enforcement Program student records will be destroyed after they have been retained for seven years.
