Receptionist Curriculum

This certificate program is designed to prepare students to use the telephone, to greet customers and determine their needs and to schedule appointments. Receptionists may also keyboard documents, file records, process mail and take messages. Strong verbal communication and telephone skills, effective business etiquette and people handling skills are desirable traits.
