Our Services

Our mission in delivering training and mentorship for Continuous Improvement & Quality in Healthcare is to provide leadership and front line staff at hospitals, clinics, and long term care facilities, with the skills and abilities required to implement continuous & quality improvement incrementally, methodically, and effectively…beginning with the ability to learn how to see and eliminate wasteful process activities.

We provide training, consultation, and project mentorship to healthcare organizations who are beginning or are in the process of implementing continuous and/or quality improvement initiatives. The services we provide compliment service excellence initiatives such as the 5 Pillars defined by The Studer Group, as well as quality initiatives such as the Joint Commission and Baldridge. Four customizable modules are available to guide the development of healthcare leadership and front line staff in gaining a firm understanding of the background, principles, and effective implementation techniques for continuous improvement in healthcare.

Those four modules are:

  • Principles of Continuous Improvement
  • 5S Workplace Organization
  • Value Stream Mapping
  • Six Sigma for Healthcare

Based on your organizations needs, we can also supplement the four Lean Modules with classes that can help build teamwork, improve communication, and manage conflicts. Our Continuous Improvement & Quality in Healthcare focused resources have more than 30 years combined experience working with healthcare, along with Six Sigma Black Belt certification through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
