Upon successful completion of the credits, a student can advance on the career ladder under DHS Rule 3. Employment opportunities continue to be many and varied.
Graduates from this program will have taken the required number of credits to qualify for a teacher in a child care setting, and meet the NCLB requirements for paraprofessionals. Career options are also available with Head Start, Preschools, Montessori schools, School Age programs and Family Child Care.

Childcare Provider (family or center-based), Preschool Teacher, Child Development Assistant, Nursery School Teacher, Head Start Teacher or School District Aide
