What is Senior College?

Alexandria Technical & Community College brings you another season of Senior College. Senior College provides academically challenging classes for adults over 50 years of age who are not seeking academic credentials. Senior College classes do not result in credits or certificates of achievement but are designed to be interesting and stimulating for the majority of adults regardless of previous academic experience.

Senior College was created in response to community residents in the Alexandria and West Central Minnesota area who expressed an interest in informative and challenging academic experiences. You are encouraged to participate in stimulating and socially engaging classes at a minimal cost, without the pressure of earning an award for academic achievement.
