About the Hope Exhibit

Gallery300 is hosting Hope, a juried exhibition for junior high and senior high students. Students are invited to submit work that illustrates the idea of hope, using any medium, any size, to portray the theme.

How to Enter

Entries from students ages 13–18 welcome!

You may enter work in any medium, including but not limited to:

  • drawing 
  • painting
  • fabric/textiles
  • printmaking
  • mixed media
  • sculpture
  • design

Dates

  • Submissions are due March 1. Upload a photograph of the work and an artist’s statement via the form below.
  • Selections will be made March 5. All entrants whose work is selected will be notified via email.
  • Selected work should be on-site by March 15. If you are unable to deliver your piece due to distance or otherwise, we will gladly print and hang a quality photograph of the work in its stead. All photography entries will be framed for display by the gallery.
  • Exhibit will be on display March 23–May 01. The gallery is open to the public and the exhibit is free entry. Visitors are welcome during operating hours of Alexandria Technical and Community College. 

Gallery300 is operated by the Design Division of Alexandria Technical and Community College.
