AD Nursing Program Pre-Requisites

  • Must possess a current LPN License in the State of MN
  • Must have a Practical Nursing GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Must have American Heart Association (AHA) BLS CPR certification
  • Must pass DHS Background Study

 

Students are admitted to Phase II (containing all nursing courses) of the AD program each fall. Students may begin Phase I (general education requirements) any time according to the college calendar.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn an associate degree of nursing, and will be eligible to take the NCLEX-RN licensure exam.
