MinnState launches COVID-19 Dashboard

Sep 14, 2020 | 10:22 AM

As one of many strategies in place to protect health and safety, and in the interest of transparency, Minnesota State has implemented a dashboard that includes tracking and reporting system wide data on cases of COVID-19. The dashboard will present data that aligns with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) guidance and reflect reporting by system colleges and universities.

Data presented in the dashboard includes (for each college/university and the system office):

  • Positive case history by week: The number of cases (positive test results) among individuals associated with each campus (students and employees; online and on-campus).
  • Students in dedicated on-campus isolation and quarantine vs. on-campus capacity.
  • Course delivery modes: In-person, mixed, or online/remote.
  • Employee work status: Including work location and employees on COVID-19 leave.
  • COVID Screening Tool health assessment metrics (summary only).

Please note that upon loading the dashboard it defaults to show data for ALL MinnState Colleges and Universities. To see information specific to ATCC, click "Select All" to deselect all institutions, then select "Alexandria Technical & Community College."

ATCC will also disseminate institutional dashboard data on our COVID-19 page via a link to the MinnState dashboard.

If you have questions about ATCC's COVID-19 preparation and response, please feel free to contact us at atcccovid19@alextech.edu.
