Submission Requirements

• Submit two printed copies.
• Proposals must be sealed in mailing envelopes or packages with the Responder's name and address clearly marked on the outside.
• Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
• Write in ink; pencil submissions will be rejected.
• Cost alterations must be initialed in ink; "white out" is not permitted.
• Late submissions will not be considered.
