Workstudy Employment

Workstudy is a need based job program and eligibility is determined by completing the (FAFSA) Free Application for Federal Student Aid. During the academic year, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits to hold a workstudy position. To determine if you are eligible to obtain a workstudy job, contact the Financial Aid office.

A listing of current job opportunities is listed below. Jobs are on-campus or off-campus with non-profit employers. The hourly wage for all workstudy jobs is $11.50/hr. Duties will differ depending on the position. Assist office staff and K-5th grade teachers at Voyager Elementary with office duties.
Duties may include but are not limited to: Correcting papers, putting up or taking down bulletin boards, running copies, cutting items for projects, filing, making posters, organizing materials, making worksheets, prep classroom materials, organizing, coloring, using the opaque projector, computer work, etc.
Must be dependable, responsible, enthusiastic, able to follow oral and written directions, perform neat work to include neat handwriting, must be accurate, keyboarding skills useful (but not absolutely necessary), creativity is a plus!
