Here's some great news if you've been thinking about going back to school or starting your college journey: Alexandria Technical & Community College is offering completely free applications through the end of April!

Talent, creativity, and determination took center stage at this year’s SkillsUSA Minnesota competition. Welding student Makenna Maus captured first place in the Welding Sculpture Art category with a sculpture rooted in family, history, and flight.

For the first time in its history, Alexandria Technical & Community College has earned both the 2026–27 Military Friendly® Gold Top 10 School and Gold Top 10 Spouse School designations, the highest recognition yet in the college's more than decade-long commitment to serving military-connected students.

From branding to social media campaigns, Communication Design students dominated this year's American Advertising Awards, with top winners now advancing to district-level competition.

Alexandria Technical & Community College recently recognized several students who competed at the State SkillsUSA competitions. Students who received top awards are eligible to compete at the National competition in June.
