From rising tensions overseas to rapid changes in technology, global events affect more than just faraway places—they shape our economy, security, and daily lives. Open to all ages, this special 6-session series begins January 27.

Alexandria Technical and Community College recently participated in a historic trade mission to Switzerland and Germany, led by Governor Tim Walz and First Lady Gwen Walz. The mission focused on expanding technology, education, clean energy, and workforce partnerships between Minnesota and Europe.

The Aspen Institute has again named Alexandria Technical & Community College one of the 200 institutions eligible to compete for the $1 million Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence, the nation's signature recognition of high achievement and performance among America's community colleges. Alexandria College is one of only two Minnesota colleges consistently named eligible for the Aspen Prize since the Award’s inception in 2011.

Alexandria Technical & Community College (ATCC) has been named among the nation’s top colleges for military veterans in the 2025 Military Times Best for Vets: College rankings. ATCC was ranked along with 357 institutions nationwide, earning recognition for its commitment to supporting service members, veterans, and their families.
