Now accepting applications for Workforce Development Scholarships ($2,500) for the 2020-2021 school year.

GREAT NEWS! The Minnesota legislature recently approved the Workforce Development Scholarship program. ATCC students admitted to select manufacturing, healthcare and information technology programs leading to high demand occupations are strongly encouraged to apply for a $2,500 scholarship. Details regarding eligibility criteria and award process are below:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students have applied and been accepted to a qualified program (see list below)
    Preference for recent high school graduates
  • Must be a Minnesota resident
  • Enroll in (at least) nine credits for Fall 2020 and also in Spring 2021
  • Fill out the online scholarship application by March 1, 2020 (see link below)
  • Preference given to students not receiving full financial aid grants
    Applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at
  • Maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA or higher in both Fall and Spring Semesters
