Each summer, the Law Enforcement Skills program brings students from across the upper Midwest to our campus to learn the hands-on practical skills needed to be a peace officer. This year 74 students received their Law Enforcement Skills Certificate.
In addition to students from Alexandria College, this year we welcomed students from Bemidji State University, Inver Hills Community College, Minnesota State University Mankato, Minnesota State Community & Technical College, Minnesota State University Moorhead, North Dakota State University, Rasmussen University, Ridgewater College, St. Cloud State University, Southwest Minnesota State University, University of North Dakota, U of M Crookston, University of St. Thomas, and Winona State University.
A graduation and recognition ceremony was held on Friday, July 8. Jason Eggert received the high PT score with 99.05%, and Matthew Boyle earned high firearms with 98.8%. This year's Law Enforcement Skills graduates are:
