Alexandria College was recognized for its high-quality and accessible online programs, its affordable cost, and the college’s commitment to holistically supporting students.
“Our rankings feature the programs giving future nurses and allied health professionals the best chance for success, from day one in the classroom to day one on the job,” said Wes Harris, outreach coordinator for EduMed.org. “This starts with having a price tag that students can afford, as well as providing academic counseling, career placement services, and other key resources and support that help students graduate and get hired.”
To be eligible for consideration, a school had to possess active regional accreditation and offer at least one online program in the specific healthcare discipline being evaluated. With that criterion in place, just six percent of postsecondary institutions in the United States earned a ranking position.
EduMed.org, which was established in 2018 to support higher education in healthcare, has continued to assist students in finding scholarships, financial aid, and top degree programs in various healthcare disciplines since its official launch in 2019.
