The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) continues to have delays caused by the major changes to the 2024-2025 FAFSA. We understand this is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. This delay impacts all colleges and universities across the country, so rest assured you are not alone. The Department of Education (DOE) tracks known issues online; you can access this list and additional information in the "Resources" section at alextech.edu/FAFSA24. We will continue to update this page as information becomes available.
As of April 4, 2024, the DOE has indicated they will continue to send small batches of FAFSAs to schools and will gradually increase the volume over a series of weeks. Tentatively, the timeline is as follows:
To ensure you have the strongest consideration for financial aid, you should complete your 2024-2025 FAFSA as soon as possible. This ensures your information is on file once ATCC is able to begin processing. You can complete your application at studentaid.gov.
