Scribner and Meuwissen were honored for what they bring to the college and for going above and beyond their roles to help their faculty, staff, and students.
“Jeremy always has time to help no matter how busy he is,” said an Alexandria College employee in their nomination of Scribner. “He also willingly took on teaching the Cisco 3 class for the second-year CVN [Cybersecurity, Virtualization, & Networking] students at the very last minute. He wears many different hats around the college, and he always has a smile.”
“Mark is a dedicated educator who combines his accounting expertise, humor, and empathy to engage students,” said an Alexandria College employee during the All Personnel meeting. “As an advisor, Mark welcomes the opportunity to sit with students to discuss their progress and career goals. Mark has helped many students sort things out, stay the course, seek ATCC resources when needed – and find their footing on their pathway to earning a degree.”
Alexandria College is grateful to have individuals like Scribner and Meuwissen for their dedication to the college. It is through the hard work, devotion, and contributions of its employees that Alexandria College is one of the top-ranking 2-year schools in the nation.
