The safety and well-being of our students and community continues to be our number one priority. The pandemic has resulted in many changes over the past few weeks and these changes can at times leave us feeling considerable stress and worry. We want you to know that you are not alone. There are many supports and resources available to assist. While most of these supports and resources are available online, you can still talk to a real, live, counselor; either through a virtual meeting, or over the phone. Below are some resources intended to give you suggestions and tips for taking care of yourself and others during this time of uncertainty. If you would like to talk over the phone, or set up a virtual Zoom meeting for personal counseling support, please call 320-762-4958 or contact ATCC Counseling.
