Service hours for offices open to students and/or the public are typically Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a few exceptions listed below. If you have questions or need to schedule an appointment, please call 320-762-4600.

Winter Break is from December 22, 2025, through January 9, 2026. Campus buildings will remain open during specific hours throughout the break. Please note that these hours may change for holidays, special events, or unexpected situations.
