You don't have to be college-bound to attend, but if you are, we'll have staff and faculty here to help you find your future! Admissions, Financial Aid, Testing, Transfer Advising, and other student services will be available to assist students and answer questions.

High schoolers: Check out the PSEO info session at 11:00 AM in room 205 to learn more about earning college credit while you finish high school, with no tuition or book costs!

Alumni: Stop by the Campus Café for refreshments and a chance to connect and network with other alumni.

Whether you're in middle school or an adult looking for a fresh start, a scholarship is a great way to jump-start your college journey! Explore Open House, complete a punch card, and drop it off at the Welcome Center for your chance to win a $1,000 scholarship to Alexandria Technical & Community College.

Location: Pick up cards at the Welcome Center/Main Lobby (Door C, Main Building), get your card punched at various attractions around the event, and drop off your entry at the Welcome Center/Main Lobby when you're done!

Design Competition

Come see the design process in action! Students from our Communication Design and Interior Design programs will be given a real-world design challenge at 11:30 am, and will have to finish it by 2:00 pm when the event ends. You can explore our design studios and see the creative work students come up with in this time trial.

Legends Fishing Team

Check out the Legends Competitive Fishing team members' boats and gear, and chat with them about their fishing techniques and what it takes to land big bass.

In Tune Marine / KC Motorsports

In Tune Marine of Richmond, MN will be on site with boats and powersports equipment. In Tune is owned and operated by ATCC alumni, and specializes in boat & pontoon sales, service, and high end rigging. The crew chief of KC Motorsports-Snocross will also be here!

Grant Saulsbury Performance UTV Racing

Grant Saulsbury is the owner of Saulsbury Performance and is employed by Wernert Racing/Promotions, and is a graduate of ATCC. He will be here displaying his racing UTV!

K-9 Demonstrations

The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Department will be here with a K-9 unit. The duo will be offering two live demonstrations, approximately 20 minutes long. In between demonstrations, the Deputy will be showing the K-9 and talking with attendees.

Birth & CPR Simulations (Nursing)

Interested in healthcare? Check out a simulated birth and CPR simulations in our Nursing simulation lab! You'll meet Noelle, a life-size manikin who is "about to give birth." Then watch our nursing students help bring a baby manikin into the world!

ATCC Foundation Student Housing features apartment-style student housing for 300 students adjacent to campus. The ATCC Foundation operates two buildings: Foundation Hall has 2- and 4-BR apartments, and J.A. Wedum Foundation Hall (opened Fall 2024) has 2-BR apartments and 1-BR studio units.
