Minnesota State System Procedure
Enterprise system data must be governed and managed as an asset for the purpose of protecting, delivering, and enhancing its value at ATCC. The Data Management Program for enterprise system data was established and will be maintained by the ATCC Chief Information Officer.
For purposes of this policy, the following definitions apply:

Minnesota State electronic data collected, stored, transmitted, or maintained by the system office or a third party acting on behalf of the system office for the benefit of ATCC.
The ATCC President adopts ATCC procedures to implement this policy to ensure adoption and application of a Data Management Program for enterprise system data.
