Minimum Bid: $120,000
Bid Deadline: 12:00 PM, Wednesday, July 15, 2026

Sealed Bids:

Alexandria Technical and Community College (ATCC) is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a student-built home located at: 1601 Jefferson Street, Alexandria, MN 56308

The home is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES. The College will not provide any additional labor, materials, fixtures, appliances, flooring, or improvements. Any additional work desired by the purchaser shall be completed at the purchaser's expense after transfer.

Bidding Details:

The successful bidder will be required to submit $1,000 earnest money payable to Alexandria Technical and Community College.
Purchase Agreement Deadline: Successful bidder must sign a Purchase Agreement acceptable to the College by 3:00 PM on August 7, 2026.
Final Payment Due: Balance of purchase price, applicable Minnesota sales tax (7.375% on 65% of the purchase price) must be paid by 3:00 PM on August 7, 2026.
All sales tax, transportation, permits, site preparation, and related expenses are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
